I have problems with your sources compilation.
1.
2>SB3UtilityFBXExporter.obj : error LNK2019: unresolved external symbol "public: int __thiscall fbxsdk_2011_3_1::KArrayTemplate<class fbxsdk_2011_3_1::KFbxNode *>::Reserve(int)" (?Reserve@?$KArrayTemplate@PAVKFbxNode@fbxsdk_2011_3_1@@@fbxsdk_2011_3_1@@$$FQAEHH@Z) referenced in function "private: void __clrcall SB3Utility::Fbx::Exporter::ExportMesh(class fbxsdk_2011_3_1::KFbxNode *,class SB3Utility::FrameInfo ^,class SB3Utility::xxParser ^)" (?ExportMesh@Exporter@Fbx@SB3Utility@@$$FA$AAMXPAVKFbxNode@fbxsdk_2011_3_1@@P$AAVFrameInfo@3@P$AAVxxParser@3@@Z)
I had downloaded FBX SDK 2011.3.1 from Autodesk site.
To make it work I had to comment out this line in <fbxfilesdk/kfbxplugins/kfbxnode.h>:
Line 2244. // typedef class KFBX_DLL KArrayTemplate<KFbxNode*> KArrayKFbxNode;
When this line is commented SB3UtilityFBX compiles succesfully.
2. I have problems with adding references into SB3Utility
Morge.dll and SB3UtilityFB.dll.
That's it. I can't compile.
Please zip WHOLE project folder with ALL files. Also give me your sources of FBX SDK you use.
