开启OblivionLauncher，自己在里面改就可以了

打开 我的文档\My Games\Oblivion 下面的 oblivion.ini文件
找到bFull Screen=1 改成 bFull Screen=0 就成窗口了
调整窗口位置
找到iLocation Y=xx
iLocation x=xx （xx自己改成自己认为合适的数啥数合适自己去试）（0， 0）坐标为屏幕左上角
