新地图工具，H5版SB3Utility，替换地图col文件。beta2版

修正替换wall文件保存时的错误，但是wall貌似还没起作用，还需要继续研究。
可以设置地面属性，是走路还是游泳。
卧了个槽的签到设置，辛辛苦苦写个FAQ,一发布就没了。
简短补一下
Q H5版SB3Utility与原版有什么区别
A 区别是H5版可以修改pp文件内的col文件
Q col文件是什么
A 是I社的碰撞检测文件，碰撞检测保证你在游戏中不会跑出地图，协助你爬坡上楼跳坑下海。如果你在地图里可以穿墙钻山凌波飞步，那就是地图没做col文件。
col file format .
this diagram of the colfile is not completed. It does not show some segments following the wall polygon section.
those segment are crucial to the wall.

使用方法和替换xx文件内的mesh一样。

再问下您拖进去啥文件了，报的神马错误消息；
我没用过拖放，都是从file- open开pp文件

可能是我系统的问题吧，打开软件没有问题，但是打开PP文件，提示如下
Settings file is located at C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Application Data\SB3Utility\SB3Utility.exe_Url_nv1umocomcniaws5cxjtsiv42moqb5dk\1.0.4994.17750\user.config
Please report this error to the author: 未能加载文件或程序集“SB3UtilityFBX, Version=1.0.4990.30484, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null”或它的某一个依赖项。由于应用程序配置不正确，应用程序未能启动。重新安装应用程序可能会纠正这个问题。 (异常来自 HRESULT:0x800736B1)
在 SB3Utility.Form1.openFile(String path)
在 SB3Utility.Form1.openFileToolStripMenuItem_Click(Object sender, EventArgs e)
请把C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Application Data\SB3Utility\ 里面东西删干净试一下 Hi!

Please, save config file in the same folder where SB3Utility.exe is located. It would be wise I think....
