Changes to niflib/docsys scripts to handle BSShaderProperty and handle 20.2.0.7 quirks.
Added minimal support for Skyrim

  [( L) I, g+ |. S7 KI've only tested so far as to load a couple of models and they show with textures
Tested primarily with Max 2010 x64 and Max 2012 x64. Other builds are untested.
