Compiled with Max 2011, Max 2012 (both Win32 and x64)
Changes to niflib/docsys scripts to handle BSShaderProperty and handle 20.2.0.7 quirks.

Notes:
* M; ]) g( ?$ v; KI've only tested so far as to load a couple of models and they show with textures
