这不是神马Cysion开发的帝国2资料篇，这是来自微软帝国确确实实的一条信息与暗示，AOE即将以新的姿态再临！

The Age of Empires team is looking for an experienced Lead Producer to join us in taking one of the PC’s best franchises into a new era. Our team is now part of the Connected Experiences team, which is building industry leading products that showcase our platforms and realize Microsoft’s connected entertainment vision across all Windows driven devices. The Lead Producer will manage multiple teams in various stages of development.
Resp**ibilities
- Oversee production for multiple titles, both live online and in development.
- Lead, manage, and grow production staff.
- Extend and drive the strategic plans for ongoing development of the Age of Empires franchise.
- Be a valuable member of the leadership team and inte**ce effectively and productively with peer business, development, and design leads.
Qualificati**
- Experience in scaled online game development and familiarity with the technology and business models of subscription and F2P/transaction-based games.
- Experience in maintaining live online games.
- Passion for Windows gaming and connected platforms.
- Strong cross-group collaborator that drives c**ensual alignment both internally and externally.
- Significant experience managing external developers to insure that projects are timely and on-budget.
- Senior Producer or equivalent title/games credit, as well as, experience on 5+ AAA shipped titles.
- Minimum of 8 years of production management experience in the gaming industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

帝国时代从1 2的冷兵器时代到3代的火器时代我无法想象4代是什么样子二战么。。。。
